One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Revontuli found a gap and took the lead. Heavy Sergeant followed before Screaming Missile.




Tough Speed quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.




Tough Speed clinged on to the lead after a 1000m.




Tough Speed was still in the lead after 1500m.



Bluestar suddenly found some strength when the driver removed the earpads and sprinted to the lead.

Revontuli galopped for 30 m on the homestretch. Choctaw Brave galopped for 50 m on the homestretch.




Bluestar didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
