One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Insecticide found a gap and took the lead. Steel Strategy followed before Walking Comet.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Alète sprinted to the front.




Zehntausend took the lead after 1000m. Walking Comet didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.




Alète accelerated after 1500m and took the lead. Zehntausend galloped for 20 m.



Walking Comet was disturbed and galopped for 50 m. Alète sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.






Final standings. 1 Insecticide, 2 Alète, 3 Steel Strategy.
