It had been raining for several days at Årjäng but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Paleoarchean sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead.

The leader couldn't hold the lead and Sizzli Cherry sprinted to the front.

Albin took the lead after 1000m. Sizzli Cherry didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.

Sizzli Cherry looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m. Something caused a disturbance in the field and Paleoarchean gallopped for 20 m.

Sizzli Cherry kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.

Courageous Speed won the race after a spectacular finish.
