It had been raining for several days at Joensuu but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Snowy Wolf tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Dead Missile that came steaming ahead.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Little Closet sprinted to the front. driver couldn't keep Screaming Band to trotting so they were disqualified.




Rajši Obstati Dober took the lead after 1000m. Eternal Electra didn't have a good time being caught on the outside. Dead Missile galoped after 1000m and lost 10 m.




Eternal Electra accelerated after 1500m and took the lead. Something caused a disturbance in the field and Snowy Wolf gallopped for 30 m.



Wondering Wave was disturbed and galopped for 10 m. Eternal Electra looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.






Dead Satellite won the race after a spectacular finish.
