Only a few clouds could be spotted on the sky this day. Boden track was in top-condition.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Running Dribbler tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Grande Pegasos that came steaming ahead. When the startcar left the field Crossing Whirlwind started to galop and lost 50 m. Bulldozer showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galloping.

The leader couldn't hold the lead and Compagno sprinted to the front.

Calming Bandwagon sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead. Bulldozer suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 30 m.

Doorbell accelerated after 1500m and took the lead. Grande Pegasos started to gallop after 1500m and John Östman had to struggle to get it back in trotting.

driver couldn't keep Big´n Strong to trotting so they were disqualified. With only a little left of the race Bulldozer galoped for 20 m. Doorbell sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.

No-one could catch Doorbell today who won before Crossing Whirlwind and Running Dribbler.
