One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track. Experienced Platinum could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. Red Feeling quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m. Le Déroff took the lead after 1000m. Clockwise didn't have a good time being caught on the outside. Ivory Beauty suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 40 m. Le Déroff was still in the lead after 1500m. Le Déroff sat safely in the lead after 2000m. Experienced Platinum suddenly found some strength when the driver removed the earpads and sprinted to the lead. The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Clockwise galop. Clockwise lost 10 m. Experienced Platinum didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race. Results
