One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Boiteau. Kvarngärdets Million Marigold ended up behind the leader. Estermoler Cherry got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two. Estermoler Cherry was to tense at the start and galloped for 30 m. Kvarngärdets Million Marigold suddenly started to galop. Alexander Heisholt had to struggle to get Kvarngärdets Million Marigold to tror again and succeded after 20 m.

Estermoler Cherry was in fine shape and held the lead.

No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.

Standings after 1500m . Lane one Heureux followed by Estermoler Cherry and Boiteau. Lane two Via Natzionale Queen followed by Dolomita Larockma and Kvarngärdets Million Marigold.

Kvarngärdets Million Marigold was disturbed and galopped for 20 m. Heureux were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.

Via Natzionale Queen didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
