The sun was shining on Lycksele today. A perfect day for trotting.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Canzoni Stonate could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. Gattuso was to tense at the start and galloped for 40 m.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Big Valbuena sprinted to the front.




Big Valbuena was in great shape so far and looked happy in the lead. Canzoni Stonate galoped after 1000m and lost 30 m.




Big Valbuena was still in the lead after 1500m. Frozen Steel galloped for 50 m.




Cape Clear seemed to be in top-form this day and took over the lead. Big Valbuena gallopped 30 m after 2000m. Canzoni Stonate was disturbed and gallopped for 50 m.



Cape Clear were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.






Gattuso won. Cape Clear came in second. Falling Moment caught third place.
