One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Thrown Away could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.




Thrown Away was looking sharp this day and continued in the lead.




Panzanella looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Malkin Auto couldn't come out from behind the leader, Thrown Away.




Thrown Away was still in the lead after 1500m.




Zambrotta Speed suddenly took over the lead. Whispering Amazon galloped way to long and was disqualified.



With only a little left of the race Whispering Amazon galoped for 40 m. Zambrotta Speed were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.






Panzanella won. Zambrotta Speed came in second. Malkin Auto caught third place.
