The sun was shining on Åby and it was a perfect day for trotting.



The players just had time to make their last bets before the start. All horses seemed to be in good shape this day.





Quilly Du Marais took the lead after a very quick start. Sacchetti galloped way to long and was disqualified.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Sophisticated Heat sprinted to the front.




Sophisticated Heat clinged on to the lead after a 1000m. Paraglider suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 20 m.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Sophisticated Heat followed by Paraglider and Quilly Du Marais. Lane two Urban followed by Organ Grinder and Climbing Bullet.



With only a little left of the race Sacchetti galoped for 50 m. Sophisticated Heat sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.






Quilly Du Marais sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
