The weather had been good all week and Åby was in good shape.



The players just had time to make their last bets before the start. All horses seemed to be in good shape this day.





Sliding Gladiator took the lead after a very quick start. Johnny Takter wanted a little to much in the start and Tropical Orchid galoped for 30 m.




The field stabalized after the bend and the speed was reduced.




No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Bright Gal followed by Tough Speed and Jérémy. Lane two Tropical Orchid followed by Sliding Gladiator and Drago Volante.



Tough Speed were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.






No-one could catch Sliding Gladiator today who won before Jérémy and Bright Gal.
