One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Frozen Lizard. Guard Of Ottawa ended up behind the leader. Enriqua Ameste got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two. Oskar J Andersson wanted a little to much in the start and Frozen Lizard galoped for 50 m.

The leader couldn't hold the lead and Van Rijsselberghe sprinted to the front. driver couldn't keep Guard Of Ottawa to trotting so they were disqualified.

Calzado took the lead after 1000m. Frozen Lizard didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.

Standings after 1500m . Lane one Calzado followed by Enriqua Ameste and Prince Donovan Pps. Lane two Frozen Lizard followed by Van Rijsselberghe and Walking Asteroid.

Frozen Lizard seemed to be in top-form this day and took over the lead.

With only a little left of the race Van Rijsselberghe galoped for 40 m. Frozen Lizard were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.

Calzado sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
