The weather had been good all week and Bjerke was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Cime Di Rapa was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead. When the startcar left the field Tropical Pie started to galop and lost 50 m.




Black Ship quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.




Black Ship was in great shape so far and looked happy in the lead.




Tropical Pie saw a chanche when the tempo dropped and could easilytake the lead.



Perfect Picture Pegasos speeded up in the last bend and was first on the homestretch.






Perfect Picture Pegasos didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
