The weather had been good all week and Forus was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Ghent Altarpiece was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Rockabilly Lily sprinted to the front.




Nessla Uppercut took the lead after 1000m. Deathpilot didn't have a good time being caught on the outside. Rochet galoped after 1000m and lost 50 m.

Difficile made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Deathpilot.
