Start List
Only a few clouds could be spotted on the sky this day. Harstad track was in top-condition.
One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.
Pretty Cup tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Flying Arraow that came steaming ahead.
This is the positions after 500m. Listening Missile, Close Valley, Ghostly Summer, Drooling Sergeant, Mäntyranta, What A Joke, Flying Arraow, Pretty Cup.
Mäntyranta sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead. Drooling Sergeant galoped after 1000m and lost 40 m.
Standings after 1500m . Lane one Mäntyranta followed by Flying Arraow and Close Valley. Lane two Listening Missile followed by What A Joke and Pretty Cup.
With only a little left of the race Pretty Cup galoped for 30 m. Mäntyranta were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.
Flying Arraow won. Listening Missile came in second. Mäntyranta caught third place.
