The sun was shining on Kalmar and it was a perfect day for trotting.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Negroni sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead. When the startcar left the field Gella started to galop and lost 40 m.




Ojsan Dromedarer Ser Man Inte Så Ofta Nuförtiden quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.




No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.




Negroni saw a chanche when the tempo dropped and could easilytake the lead.



With only a little left of the race Wondering Love galoped for 20 m. Breathing Cake suddenly found some strength when the driver removed the earpads and sprinted to the lead.






Winner of todays race was Breathing Cake. Ojsan Dromedarer Ser Man Inte Så Ofta Nuförtiden came in second. Negroni became third.
