The sun was shining and the birds was singing on Klosterskogen today. One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track. Ojsan Ikappsprungen sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead. The leader couldn't hold the lead and These Days sprinted to the front. No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo. These Days was still in the lead after 1500m. Ojsan Ikappsprungen took the lead. Nessla Nova Baby suddenly found some strength when the driver removed the earpads and sprinted to the lead.
