One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Stifling Meadow took the lead after a very quick start. driver couldn't keep Max Puma to trotting so they were disqualified.




Volop Van Reden saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead. A bird flew just in front of Poggio Climb who started to galop and lost 40 m.




Strong Bandwith looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Stifling Meadow couldn't come out from behind the leader, Volop Van Reden. Poggio Climb galoped after 1000m and lost 50 m.




Volop Van Reden was still in the lead after 1500m.




Volop Van Reden kept the speed up and no one had a chance to take over the lead.



Strong Bandwith speeded up in the last bend and was first on the homestretch.






Stifling Meadow won the race after a spectacular finish.
