One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Insecticide. Swinging Pie ended up behind the leader. Bruguera got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two. Flemming Jensen wanted a little to much in the start and Tournant galoped for 10 m.




Abagnale Superior saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.




Tournant took the lead after 1000m. Bruguera didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.




Speedbird Rebel looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m.



Speedbird Rebel sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.






Insecticide sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
