The sun was shining and the birds was singing on Åmål today.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Street Performance. Standard Me ended up behind the leader. Troyes got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two.




This is the positions after 500m. Tripping Lily, El Hierro, Standard Me, Expensive Lilac, Troyes, Street Performance, , . Expensive Lilac started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.




Expensive Lilac sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Expensive Lilac followed by Troyes and El Hierro. Lane two Standard Me followed by Street Performance and Tripping Lily.



Expensive Lilac looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.






Troyes won the race after a spectacular finish.
