One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Le Pennec sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead. When the startcar left the field Zehntausend started to galop and lost 30 m. Screaming Band galloped for 60m and was disqualified.

Teulère quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.

The leader got disturbed by something and Zehntausend took the lead rather easily. Brandir The Lame galloped way to long and was disqualified. Teulère suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 40 m.

Nothing seemed to be able to stop Zehntausend today. It continued in the lead. March On started to gallop after 1500m and Frode Hamre had to struggle to get it back in trotting.

With only a little left of the race Zehntausend galoped for 10 m. Zehntausend looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.

Zehntausend kept the speed the whole finish and won before Nowisthetime Moussolou and Polkamp.
