Only a few clouds could be spotted on the sky this day. Riihimäki track was in top-condition.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Mindblowing tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Goofy that came steaming ahead.

Cox saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.

Goofy sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead. Screaming Band galoped after 1000m and lost 50 m.

Standings after 1500m . Lane one Goofy followed by Mindblowing and Fast Rocker. Lane two Little Closet followed by Ferocious Pressure and Cox.

driver couldn't keep Ferocious Pressure to trotting so they were disqualified. Mindblowing was first on the homestretch followed by Fast Rocker and Goofy.

Goofy made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Little Closet.
