One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Active Star sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead. When the startcar left the field Occhiuzzi started to galop and lost 10 m. driver couldn't keep Nessla Scarlett to trotting so they were disqualified.

Occhiuzzi saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.

No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo. Possible Disaster C.C. galoped after 1000m and lost 50 m. Falling Moment suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 40 m.

Beautiful Trap accelerated after 1500m and took the lead.

Leprevost was disturbed and galopped for 20 m. Beautiful Trap looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.

Occhiuzzi sprinted over the finishline before Beautiful Trap and El Hierro.
