One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Craftsman was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead.




This is the positions after 500m. All Black, Craftsman, Ramos Montana, , , , , . A bird flew just in front of All Black who started to galop and lost 20 m.




Craftsman took the lead after 1000m. All Black didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop Craftsman today. It continued in the lead.




Craftsman was still in the lead after 2000m.



All Black litterally flew through the last bend and was first on the homestretch.






Craftsman never caught up with All Black who won. Ramos Montana came third.
