The weather had been good all week and Klosterskogen was in good shape. One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track. La Noyée was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead. Dorothée saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead. Eccentric sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead. Standings after 1500m . Lane one Eccentric followed by La Noyée and Dorothée. Lane two Radiating Forest followed by Beaujolais and . Eccentric sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch. No-one could catch Eccentric today who won before Radiating Forest and La Noyée. Results
