It had been raining for several days at Umåker but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Kvarngärdets Bright Marigold tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Ante that came steaming ahead.

Kvarngärdets Bright Marigold accelerated after 1500m and took the lead.

Kvarngärdets Bright Marigold looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.

Ante never caught up with Kvarngärdets Bright Marigold who won. Monday Grove came third.
