The weather had been good all week and Lycksele was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Negroni was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead.




Negroni was looking sharp this day and continued in the lead.




Alberani sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.




Negroni saw a chanche when the tempo dropped and could easilytake the lead.




Negroni didn't even look tired after 2000m and sat safely in the lead.



Negroni looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.






Negroni kept the speed the whole finish and won before Sultan Bayezid and Alberani.
