Start List
One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.
Good Looking Mountain sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead. driver couldn't keep Lying Baby to trotting so they were disqualified.
This is the positions after 500m. Adept, Platinum Muscle, More Than Everything, Piekfijn, Margot, Good Looking Mountain, Lucky Tropic, Comfortable Dragon.
No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.
Adept was still in the lead after 1500m.
Adept didn't even look tired after 2000m and sat safely in the lead.
Piekfijn litterally flew through the last bend and was first on the homestretch.
Adept never caught up with Piekfijn who won. Good Looking Mountain came third.
