It had been raining for several days at Axevalla but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Purple Wish sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead.




Purple Wish was looking sharp this day and continued in the lead.




Trembling Winter sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop Trembling Winter today. It continued in the lead.



Trembling Winter looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.

Trembling Winter galopped for 30 m on the homestretch.




Purple Wish won. Leprevost came in second. Trembling Winter caught third place.
