The sun was shining on Färjestad and it was a perfect day for trotting.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Lock On Moussolou was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead.




There were no mayor changes in the field at the 500m mark.




Play It Quick sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Play It Quick followed by Tender Action and Claire. Lane two Fake Thing followed by Lock On Moussolou and . Claire started to gallop after 1500m and Ulf Ohlsson had to struggle to get it back in trotting.




Fake Thing suddenly took over the lead.



Claire was disturbed and galopped for 30 m. Fake Thing were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.






Fake Thing didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
