One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Climbing Factory found a gap and took the lead. Dusty Hollywood followed before Canzoni Stonate. Perfect Pony was to tense at the start and galloped for 40 m. When the startcar left the field Dusty Hollywood started to galop and lost 50 m.

Ghostly Dancer saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead. Funky Mambo started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.

Bluestar took the lead after 1000m. Dusty Hollywood didn't have a good time being caught on the outside. Funky Mambo was disturbed and galoped 10 m.

Perfect Pony took the lead after 1000m. Bluestar didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.

Örjan Kihlström tried a little too much on the homestretch and Grasping Winter started to galopp and lost 30 m.

Canzoni Stonate won. Bluestar came in second. Climbing Factory caught third place.
