It had been raining for several days at Umåker but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Cherub Rock tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Asta Brick that came steaming ahead. Wondering Ballerina galloped for 60m and was disqualified.




Bliznova saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.




Bliznova was in great shape so far and looked happy in the lead.




Bliznova was still in the lead after 1500m.



Bliznova looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.






Winner of todays race was Bliznova. Asta Brick came in second. Louis-d'or became third.
