One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Di Francisca tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Independant Box that came steaming ahead.




Trembling Winter saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.




Trembling Winter clinged on to the lead after a 1000m. Utah Magpie was disturbed and galoped 40 m.




Amsterdam Fawks accelerated after 1500m and took the lead.



Original Flax was first on the homestretch followed by Amsterdam Fawks and Independant Box.

Independant Box galopped for 50 m on the homestretch.




Listening Cruiser sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
