One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Glorious Wave sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead.




Lawrence quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.




Edgy Blossom looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Glorious Wave couldn't come out from behind the leader, Lawrence.




Edgy Blossom saw a chanche when the tempo dropped and could easilytake the lead.



Edgy Blossom kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.






Lawrence won. Edgy Blossom came in second. Glorious Wave caught third place.
