The weather had been good all week and Leangen was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Stinger could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Bertram sprinted to the front.




Stinger sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead.




Stinger was still in the lead after 1500m.



Stinger were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.
