It had been raining for several days at Kalmar but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Silver Twister was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead.




Toon saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.




Silver Twister took the lead after 1000m. Old Boulder didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.
