Van Der Sar took the lead after a very quick start. Mellanby Hans was to tense at the start and galloped for 50 m.




Van Der Sar was looking sharp this day and continued in the lead. Smiling Mistress was disturbed and galoped 10 m.




Sad Spring took the lead after 1000m. Van Der Sar didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.




Van Der Sar saw a chanche when the tempo dropped and could easilytake the lead.



Van Der Sar were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.






Van Der Sar didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
