The sky was free of clouds and the sun was shining at Färjestad this day.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Jagdpanther sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead. Alegre was to tense at the start and galloped for 40 m. Le Beau Pere suddenly started to galop. Magnus Jakobsson had to struggle to get Le Beau Pere to tror again and succeded after 40 m.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Le Beau Pere sprinted to the front.




The leader got disturbed by something and Occhiuzzi took the lead rather easily.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Occhiuzzi followed by Alegre and Step Aside. Lane two Jagdpanther followed by Lonely Passion and Opposing Giggle. Opposing Giggle started to gallop after 1500m and Stefan Persson had to struggle to get it back in trotting.



Occhiuzzi looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.






Opposing Giggle won. Occhiuzzi came in second. Jagdpanther caught third place.
