The sky was free of clouds and the sun was shining at Åby this day.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Adorable Knockout found a gap and took the lead. Kaunaz followed before Nzonzi.




Aistihavainto saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.




The leader got disturbed by something and Nzonzi took the lead rather easily.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Nzonzi followed by Fatto Da Seta and Ojsan Julkorv. Lane two Butterbean followed by Icardi and Adorable Knockout. Rafaela Vidi started to gallop after 1500m and Michel F Rothengatter had to struggle to get it back in trotting.



Nzonzi kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.






Fatto Da Seta made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Ojsan Julkorv.
