One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Beusichem. Fontanesi ended up behind the leader. Snowy Universe got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two. Beusichem was to tense at the start and galloped for 50 m. Darling Delight showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galloping.

Drumma Boy quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.

Thinking Crusher sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.

Standings after 1500m . Lane one Thinking Crusher followed by Beusichem and Snowy Universe. Lane two Fontanesi followed by Elegant Fabric and Rebellious Night.

Thinking Crusher kept the speed up and no one had a chance to take over the lead.

With only a little left of the race Drumma Boy galoped for 10 m. Thinking Crusher sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.

No-one could catch Thinking Crusher today who won before Beusichem and Elegant Fabric.
