One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Breaking Pearl was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead.




Biddle Trick saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.




Biddle Trick was in great shape so far and looked happy in the lead.




Breaking Pearl accelerated after 1500m and took the lead. Something caused a disturbance in the field and Biddle Trick gallopped for 50 m. Come Out Flying galloped for 20 m.




Equites Legati suddenly took over the lead.



Equites Legati looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.






Biddle Trick made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Equites Legati.
