It had been raining for several days at Kuopio but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape. One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track. Afroman was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead. Afroman was in fine shape and held the lead. Intelligent Sound started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified. Afroman was in great shape so far and looked happy in the lead. Standings after 1500m . Lane one Afroman followed by Independant Missile and Expensive Vanilla. Lane two Piccolo Ole followed by Intelligent Sound and . driver couldn't keep Independant Missile to trotting so they were disqualified. Afroman sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch. Afroman didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race. Results
