One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Cheerful Ship. Gonzo Hippo ended up behind the leader. Breathing Cake got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two. Büchsenöffner Larockma was to tense at the start and galloped for 20 m. Sir Insure was to eager when the car accellerated, galopped and was disqualified.

Gonzo Hippo saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead. A bird flew just in front of Jennifer Lore who started to galop and lost 50 m.

No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo. Ante was disturbed and galoped 10 m.

Ante looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m.

Breathing Cake suddenly took over the lead.

Breathing Cake was disturbed and galopped for 40 m. Büchsenöffner Larockma was first on the homestretch followed by Criminal Ziti and Ante.

Criminal Ziti won. Büchsenöffner Larockma came in second. Ante caught third place.
