One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Ante found a gap and took the lead. Popov followed before Di Francisca. Popov was to tense at the start and galloped for 30 m. Björn Goop wanted a little to much in the start and Ante galoped for 20 m.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Wimpy Trap sprinted to the front.




Ante sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Ante followed by Popov and Di Francisca. Lane two Dortmunder followed by Wimpy Trap and Amsterdam Fawks. Di Francisca started to gallop after 1500m and Dagfinn Aarum had to struggle to get it back in trotting.



Ante were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.

Ante was disturbed and galopped for 40 m.




Dortmunder won the race after a spectacular finish.
