Only a few clouds could be spotted on the sky this day. Kaukonen track was in top-condition.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Fast Technology found a gap and took the lead. Mystical Pegasos followed before Criminal Bouquet. Fontanesi showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galloping.




Mystical Pegasos quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.




No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo. Fast Technology suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 40 m.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Mystical Pegasos followed by Gladiator Law and Fontanesi. Lane two Criminal Bouquet followed by Fast Technology and .



Mystical Pegasos sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.

Fontanesi was disturbed and galopped for 40 m.




Fast Technology sprinted over the finishline before Mystical Pegasos and Criminal Bouquet.
