One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Fighting Runner took the lead after a very quick start. Fighting Runner suddenly started to galop. Carl Johan Jepson had to struggle to get Fighting Runner to tror again and succeded after 10 m.

Tough Folder saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.

Secreterion took the lead after 1000m. Happy Legs didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.

Fighting Runner never caught up with Happy Legs who won. Secreterion came third.
