One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Fast Feet. Rebellious Night ended up behind the leader. Sophisticated Mambo got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two. Sophisticated Mambo was to tense at the start and galloped for 10 m. Mon Dieu suddenly started to galop. Atlé Erga had to struggle to get Mon Dieu to tror again and succeded after 30 m.

This is the positions after 500m. Mon Dieu, Tripping News, Polished Blizzard, Kyöpelinvuori, Rebellious Night, Asta Brick, Errigo, Fast Feet.

Polished Blizzard sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.

Tripping News looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m.

Fast Feet galloped way to long and was disqualified. Tripping News were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.

Polished Blizzard never caught up with Tripping News who won. Asta Brick came third.
