One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Hoping Lion was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead.




Hoping Lion was in fine shape and held the lead.




No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo. Experienced Body galoped after 1000m and lost 20 m.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop Hoping Lion today. It continued in the lead.



Hoping Lion were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.






Experienced Body won the race after a spectacular finish.
