The sun was shining on Kouvola today. A perfect day for trotting.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Backstabbing Cocktail took the lead after a very quick start. When the startcar left the field I Burn started to galop and lost 30 m.




Tomato Soup was in fine shape and held the lead.




Jukebox Jenna Lore looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Aukland Fawks couldn't come out from behind the leader, Tomato Soup.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Jukebox Jenna Lore followed by Backstabbing Cocktail and Scarlet Lipstick. Lane two Aukland Fawks followed by Dorothée and Tomato Soup.



Jukebox Jenna Lore sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.






Jukebox Jenna Lore kept the speed the whole finish and won before Backstabbing Cocktail and Aukland Fawks.
