The weather had been good all week and Kannus was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Peroteaux could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. Shy Platinum was to eager when the car accellerated, galopped and was disqualified. When the startcar left the field Singing Doll started to galop and lost 20 m.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Singing Doll sprinted to the front. Peroteaux showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping. Fast Feet was disturbed and galoped 30 m.




The leader got disturbed by something and Competitive Motor took the lead rather easily.



The leader got disturbed by something and Egoist Ameste took the lead rather easily.






Winner of todays race was Egoist Ameste. Fast Feet came in second. Close Hyena became third.
